Beef and Black Been Enchilada Casserole

1lb Ground Beef1can Black Beans (drained and rinsed)2cups Salsa1package Taco Seasoning Mix1tbsp Cumin2tbsp Onion Powder 3cups Cheese6 Tortilla (approx. 8" diameter)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Season beef with salt, and pepper.
Heat skillet (or pan) to medium heat. Cook ground beef in skillet/pan. Drain fat from beef. Add taco seasoning, cumin, onion powder, and black beans to skillet/pan and mix.
Prepare 7x11 baking dish (spray with non-stick cooking spray, rub with butter or oil).
Place 3 tortillas across bottom of baking dish. Cover with 1/2 of meat mixture from skillet/pan. Cover meat mixture with 1.5cups of cheese. Repeat layering (tortillas, then meat mixture, then cheese).
Cover baking dish and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for 5 minutes.
Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
