Hammond Applesauce

Ingredients
10 large apples1/2 cup water1/2 teaspoon cinnamon3/4 cup splenda
Directions
Peel, core and cut apples into chunks. Put them in a crock pot along with water, cinnamon and splenda. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 8 to 10 hours. Take a potato masher and mash.
