Crunchy Garlic Croutons

Ingredients
1/2 t. salt4 garlic cloves, chopped fine1 t. red pepper flake 3 T. olive oil3 T. salted butterciabatta bread, one loaf cubed (any dense bread will work)
Directions
Melt together the olive oil and butter, add garlic and the red pepper flake and sauté until garlic begins to brown.

Cube the bread and place in a large bowl.

Pour the mixture over the bread and stir well to coat.

Place on a baking sheet in one layer only

Bake 400 degrees about 20 minutes until bread is crisp.

Remove from oven and cool completely before serving and/or storing.
