Single Serve Chocolate Cupcake

Ingredients
1/4 c. white whole wheat flour1/2 tsp cinnamondash cayenne powderdash salt1/8 tsp baking powder1/8 tsp baking soda1/2 cup Almond Breeze unsweetened coconut milk1 tsp canola oil2 small squares 72% dark chocolate
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, and bake for 15 minutes at 375�. Top the cupcake(s) with 1 or two small squares of dark chocolate, instead of frosting.
