SKs Egg Sandwich

Ingredients
1 eggshredded onion , green pepper2 wheat bread slicesolive oil 1/2 tsp
Directions
Toast Bread. Mix vegies with 1 egg and cook on skillet for 5 minutes with 1/2 tea spoon oilive oil. Sprinkle little shredded cheese on top of both bread slices and spread the cooked vegies, egg.

I usually eat this for Lunch and fills me up.
