Ingredients:*Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 1.5 cup Yellow Cornmeal, 1.5 cup Granulated Sugar, 3 TbspBaking Powder, 1 Tbsp Baking Soda, .75 tsp Salt, 1.5 tsp Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 16 oz *365 Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Serving= 1 Tablespoon), 2 serving *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 3 tbsp
Preheat the oven to 425 F. Lightly oil an 8*8 inch baking pan and set aside. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in the "milk," vinegar and oil until just mixed. Pour evenly into baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes (we like it a bit burnt- so 35 minutes) or until a toothpick or knife comes out clean. Let cool on a rack for 10-15 minutes before removing from pan. Makes 1 square loaf.
