clean mrushrooms, take out stems, saute mrushrooms for 5 min on each side in butter and evoo, mix parm cheese, parsley, oregeno, garlic powder, take mushrooms out of pan and put in an over proof dish, stuff with cheese mixture,poor any butter/oil from saute pan over mrushrooms, cook 10 min at 350, top with cheese, sliced into 6 peices per slice, put back in oven for 5 min......
