3 cups 13 Bean Soup dry mix1 Summer Squash, diced1 baby Zucchini, diced1 medium head Broccoli, chopped1 medium Onion, chopped1 box Morning Star Farms Chik'n Nuggets, diced3 Tbsp Curry Powder2 Tbsp Garlic Powder2 Tbsp Chili Powder1 Tbsp Paprika1 Tbsp CinnamonSalt to Taste
Rinse 13 Bean Soup Mix well. Bring to boil in large pot. Boil on medium high heat for 2 hours adding water as needed. Add summer squash, Zucchini, Onion and spices. Cook on medium low for 1 to 1.5 hours, adding water as needed. Add diced Chik'n Nuggets and cook on low for 30 minutes. Serve hot over cornbread, rice or alone. Serving Size is about 1 cup.
