Ingredients
4 ounces mild Italian sausage3/4 cup drained and rinsed navy beans1 cuo diced onion1 cup diced broccoli stems1 cup diced carrots1 cup diced red pepper1 cup chopped kale1.25 cup chicken broth2 teaspoons Italian seasoning1 teaspoon garlic powderdash of black pepper1 - 1.5 cups water to fill to 2 quarts
Directions
Brown Italian sausage in skillet and drain & blot fat with paper towel. Drain and rinse a can of navy beans. Combine sausage in slow cooker. Cut veggies and add to slow cooker. Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt & pepper to taste. Slow cook on high for 6 to 8 hours.
