Cheezy Kale Chips

Ingredients
2 bunches of kaleCashew Cheez Sauce:2c Cashews (raw)1/2 red bell pepper6tbs nutritional yeastjuice of 1 lemon1/4 tsp salt1 1/2 c water1 tsp cayenne (optional)
Directions
Blend all of the ingredients of cashew cheese sauce together in blender. For smoother sauce, soak cashews in water for atleast 1 hour before blending.

Wash kale and tear leaves to size avoid having the spine in the mix. place in a large mixing bowl and toss kale with sauce.

Set Kale chips on dehydrator sheets. dehydrate for 2 hours @135 degrees, the for 4-6 hours @ 115 degrees or untilo crispy.

remove from dehydrator sheets and place in air tight container.

Serving Size: makes about 4 quart size servings (container or bag)
