Homemade "Ice Cream" Sandwiches

Ingredients
Honey Grahams, 9 sheets *Fresh Made Organic Kefir - Plain, 1.5 cup Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .5 cup, unthawed Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .5 cup, unthawed Granulated Sugar, .25 cup
Directions
Line a 9 inch square pan with foil. Place half of grahams in bottom of pan. Chop fruit in food processor until chunky. Add sugar and kefir, mix until barely combined. Spread mixture over crackers. Top with remaining crackers. Freze for 4 or more hours. Cut into 12 pieces.
