Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
2 cups 2% milk3/4 cup light cream3/4 cup water1 egg1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
Directions
Spray crock pot with cooking spray such as PAM. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, cream, water, egg, salt and pepper. Pour into crock pot. Gently stir in cheese and macaroni.

Cook on low setting for 3-4 hours. Between the 3-4 hour mark of cooking, the edges will start to get crispy. If you prefer not to have that, serve at the 3 hour mark. Do no cook beyond 4 hours as it will start to dry out.

Serving Size: Makes 4-6 servings depending on whether it's a main dish or side dish
