*Kroger - Ground Beef Patties (91% Lean), 8 oz (remove)*1 cup onion chopped, .5 serving (remove)*Newman's Own Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce, 4 cup (remove)Brummel & Brown, Original Spread made with Yogurt, 1 Tbsp, 4 serving (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)*Flour, white, .25 cup (remove)*Carnation Evaporated Fat Free Milk, 24 tbsp (remove)*Kraft Parmesian Cheese, 12 tsp (remove)*Barilla Whole Wheat Spaghetti, 8 oz (remove)Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 3 oz (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz
Brown ground beef with onion. Add pasta sauce and stir - set aside. Melt brummel and brown with olive oil and made roux with flour. Cook for several minutes. Remove from heat and add parmesian cheese. Layer 1/3 meat mixture in bottom of greased crock pot. Break up spaghetti and spread half of it over meat mixture, pour half of white sauce over pasta and cover with half of the mozzarella cheese. Layer again - topping with meat mixture and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Cook at low for 4 hours in crock pot
