Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb. ground venison1 quart diced tomatoes1 quart tomato sauce1 c. chopped onion4 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp. ground oregano1 Tbsp. dry leaf basil1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. ground fennel
Directions
Brown the ground venison, add chopped onion and garlic and cook till onions are soft. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce, and all spices. Cook until sauce thickens a little (30 minutes or so). Serve over cooked noodles.
