Apple Oatmeal Crisp for One

1 Apple, cored 1/2 pat of Butter in 4 pieces 1 Tbs oatmeal1 Tbs fat free milkdash of cinnamondash of salt (optional)dash of vanilla (optional)
Spray microwavable serving bowl with Pam;
Core and chop your favorite apple any way you like it and toss into bowl;
add bits of butter on top of apple.
(Butter is not really necessary, but I really like the flavor.)
Add dash of salt, vanilla and/or cinnamon.
Sprinkle brown sugar and oatmeal over the mix.
Cover and microwave for 2 minutes, checking tenderness of apples after 90 seconds. (Can continue to cook in 30 second increments until done.) Allow to rest, covered for a couple minutes for flavors to blend.
