4 Frozen Waffles4 Slices thick cut bacon2 eggs2 slices swiss cheese1 tablespoon dijon mustard1 tablespoon real maple syrup
Cook bacon and drain on paper towels. Toast waffles. Mix dijon and maple syrup and microwave for 20-30 seconds until warm. Fry one egg until whites are almost set. Break and spread the yolk a little, flip egg, and top with swiss cheese slice. Lower heat and cover pan for about one minute for cheese to melt. Spread half the dijon mixture onto waffles. Make a sandwich by layering 2 slices bacon, egg and cheese between two waffles. Repeat with remaining ingedients.
