Pumpkin Spice Latte

1 c. Almond Milk1/4 c. pumpkin puree (more if you LOVE pumpkin)2 t. pumpkin pie spice1 t. cinnamon1 t. vanilla extractsweetener of your choice to taste (a pinch of Stevia, 2 T. brown sugar, or try honey, maple syrup, etc.)Optional: pinch of ground nutmeg, ginger, or other spices to taste.2 c. of brewed coffee
Combine all Pumpkin Milk ingredients (omit coffee for the time being) in a blender & strain through a fine mesh strainer.
Warm the finished pumpkin milk mixture in the microwave or on a stove top.
Pour 1 c. brewed coffee into a mug & pour HALF the pumpkin milk over the top of the coffee & enjoy!
The other half of the Pumpkin Milk mixture is for the refill. OR refrigerate it for up to a few days and use it for your next latte.
