Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flourt.5 cup water
Directions
mix flour and water together and the a dough ball.
divide into 5 equal peices.
roll each peice into a ball
use rolling pit to flatten into a .25 inch think flat
cook over grill, opened flame on stove, or in a cast iron skillet for juat a minute on each side
dough will puff.
