Carrot gingerbread muffins

Ingredients
1/2 C butter or coconut oil1 t vanilla extract1/2 C blackstrap mollasses1/4 C Grade B maple syrup1/2 C coconut flour1/2 t sea salt1/4 t baking soda1 t cinnamon1 t ginger1/2 t ground cloves3 C carrots, shredded1/2 C raisins (optional)Frosting:1/4 C coconut butter1/4 C coconut oil1/4 t freshly grated ginger1 T orange zest1 T shredded coconut1 T maple syrup
Directions
Whisk eggs, butter/coconut oil, vanilla extract, molasses, and maple syrup in large mixing bowl. SIFT in the coconut flour, sea salt, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger & ground cloves. Next add in carrots & raisins and combine well
