Vegetarian White Bean Chili

Ingredients
4 cups canned or prepared from dry white beans4 cups vegetable stock2 cups chopped onion2 cups frozen corn2 tbsp fresh or bottled lemon juice1 tbsp Italian seasoning1 tbsp cumin (or less to taste)2-3 cloves garlic, chopped or equivalent garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Dump all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high 4-6 hours or low 8-9 hours.
