Watercress Soup

2 bunches Watercress, just the leafy tops4 cans low sodium chicken broth2 cans sliced potatoes
Drain potatoes pour into blender, add 1 can broth and blend to chunky/smooth texture. Pour mixture into pot. Pour another can of broth in blender and add watercress, blend til smooth and pour into pot with potato mixture. Cook until hot adding black pepper to taste.
