Fruit Crumble

Ingredients
1 21-ounce can cherry, apple or peach pie filling1/4 teaspoon of almond extract4 rectangles of plain graham crackers1/4 cup of butter1/2 cup of rolled oats1/4 cup of packed brown sugarVanilla ice cream, if you want
Directions
1.) Turn on oven to 375 degrees. Place the pie filling and the almon extract in the ungreased baking dish. Stir with a wooden spoon until combined. Spread mixture evenly into the dish.
2.) Put the graham crackers in a plastic bag. Seal or tie the plastic bag closed and use a rolling pin to crsh the crackers finely. (You should have about 2/3 cup of crumbs.) Put the crumbs in the mixing bowl. Save until step 4.
3.) Put the butter into a saucepan on a medium heat burner. Cook until butter is melted. Turn the burner off and remove the pan from the burner.
4.) Put the melted butter, oats and brown sugar in the bowl with the cracker crumbs. Stir mixture with a fork until combined. Put the crumb mixture over the pie filling in the dish.
5.) Place the dish in the oven for 20 minutes, or until crumbs are lightly browned. Let it cool for about 30 minutes on a cooling rack. Serve warm with ice cream, if you want.
