The Best Healthier Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
2 T butter1.4 C apple sauce1/3 C white sugar1 egg1 tsp vanilla extract1 C whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda3/4 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon3/4 C oats3/4 C raisins
Directions
-preheat oven 350
-beat butter, apple sauce, sugars
-beat in egg and vanilla
-in med mixing bowl mix flour, oats, baking soda, salt, cinnamon
-stir flour mix into sugar mix till combined
-stir in raisins
-drop even Tbs onto cookie sheets
-bake 10-12 min or till thinned and lightly browned
-cool thoroughly on rack
