Kale, .5 cup, choppedApples, fresh with skin, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) Greek yogurt Fage, plain, 0% fat, .5 cup Frozen Mango, .2 cup, sliced *Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 6 oz *if your mango isn't frozen then sub with 3-4 ice cubes
wash greens and apple in vinegar/water mix
Slightly blend frozen mango and apple (3-5 seconds)
Add remaining ingredients and blend until a funnel forms in the center of your blender
