Ingredients
225g self raising flour100g light butter100g caster sugar2 large eggs1 tsp baking powder2 large ripe bananas (mashed)100g fitted dates (chopped)50g walnuts (chopped)
Directions
Beat sugar and butter, add 1 egg and half flour and beat, add other egg and rest of flour and beat. Stir in bananas, dats and walnuts. Cook in a greased & lined loaf tin at 180 C for 30-35 minutes
