Crock pot chicken pot pie stew, minus the pie

Ingredients
2 packages of chicken breasts or chicken breast tenders3 cups of chicken broth (more or less to change consistency)1 can cream of chicken soup2 cups mixed veggies (peas, carrots, green beans)3/4 cup of heavy cream6-8 baby red potatoes, quarteredSalt to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients to crock pot except heavy cream. Simmer on low all day. Add cream to mixture and simmer for approx. 1 hour, then serve.
