4 cans (5-oz.) Bumblebee Chunk White Tuna in water (drained)1 can (15.5 oz.) Black Beans, rinsed and drained6 large Celery Stalks, chopped1 medium/large onion, chopped4 hard-boiled eggs (large),chopped
Chop celery, onion, and hard-boiled eggs, stir in 4 cans tuna (drained). Rinse and drain black beans, stir in gently.
Refrigerate until ready to use. Add dressing of your choice and any additional ingredients desired right before eating. You can customize each serving of this basic tuna salad with different dressings and/or add-ins (e.g., fat-free miracle whip and pickle relish, or Italian dressing and avocado, or chopped nuts and ginger dressing...etc.)
Serving Size: Makes 10 1-cup servings
