Ingredients
4 eggs1/2 onion4 cloves garlic4 green onion stalks1.5 cups chopped spinach1 dash salt4 dashes pepper
Directions
Mix everything together and bake in 2 greased mini muffin tins for 25 minutes or until egg is cooked and firm.
