Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 T sesame oil3 chicken breasts1 onion, halved then sliced1 stalk celery, chopped1 cn water chestnuts, sliced1 cn bamboo shoots1 cn bean sprouts1 orange pepper, cut in 1" pcs20 sugar snap peas, cut in half lengthwise8-10 mushrooms, sliced1 t 5 spice powder1 t ginger
Directions
If using boneless chicken, chop and stir-fry till almost cooked. If using bone in, par boil to make it easy to pull of the bone. Set aside.
Heat oil in wok.
Add onion and celery and cook until translucent.
Stir in water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and bean sprouts and let warm through.
Add peppers and peas. Cook till heated through, about 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms, chicken and spices. Stir through and let heat through completely.
Serve over rice with soy sauce to taste.
