Tuna and pasta

Ingredients
a can of tuna, 2 ounce (pre-cooked) corn pasta, 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, 1/2 a red pepper, diced, a tbsp. or so of red onion, a couple of plum tomatoes, salt, pepper and minced fresh dill to taste
Directions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. In a bowl, first whisk the olive oil, vinegar and a bit of prepared mustard (to help emulsify). Add the tuna and break it up. Add the cooked pasta and minced veggies, mix well, then season to taste with herbs, salt and pepper.
