No fat chocolate zucchini cake

4 eggs1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce1 cup Splenda2 cups all purpose flour2 1/2 tsp baking soda2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp salt4 tbsp cocoa1 tsp vanilla3 cups grated zucchini1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
Beat together eggs, applesauce and Splenda.
Sift together next 5 ingredients, add to liquid. Stir in vanilla, zucchini and blueberries. Pour into 15"x 10" pan lined with parchment paper. Bake @ 350 for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Serving Size: Cut into 20 pieces
