Ingredients
2 cups almond milk (the 30 calorie unsweet kind) 2 cups fresh spinach1/2 inch of fresh pealed ginger root1 banana2 pears (I used bartlet because they were on sale!) 1 teaspoon each cinnamon and cardamom
Directions
blend almond milk and spinach first! until creamed then add other ingredients and blend until most chunks are gone.
