Ingredients
1lb ground beef 80/201 slice honey wheat bread ground to crumbs4 tsp grated parmesean cheese1 med eggsalt/pepper1tsp italian seasoning1/4 c water
Directions
mix all ingredients together, make 1.5 inch balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet, bake for 30 minutes.
