Slow Cooked Tamale Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey1 egg1 package taco seasoning1 tsp salt1 cup shredded chedddar cheese1.5 cups milk0.75 cups cornmeal1 can whole kernel corn1 can diced tomatoes1 can (2.5 oz) sliced ripe olives
Directions
1. In a skillet, cook turkey over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk and cornmeal until smooth. Add corn, tomatoes, olives, taco seasoning, salt and turkey.

2. Transfer to a greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours and 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
