Barbecue Pulled Chicken 10/30/13

1 can Tomato Sauce1 chopped green chiles3 tbls cider vinegar2 tbls honey1 tbls sweet or smoked paprika1 tbls barbecue sause1 tbls Worcestershire sauce2 tps dry mustard1 tps ground chipotle chile1/2 tps salt829 grams of chicken breast162 grams of onion6 grams of garlic
1) Stir tomato sauce, chilies, vinegar, honey, paprika, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ground chipotle and salt in a 6 quart slow cook until smooth. Add chicken, onion and garlic; stir to combine.
2) Put the lid on the cooker on low until the the chicken can be pulled apart, about 5 hours.
3) Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and shred with a fork. Return the chicken to the sauce, stir well and serve.
