Ingredients
1 lb 2 ounces fresh strawberries2 cups low fat vanilla yogurt2 medium bananas1 tsp splenda
Directions
Take stems off strawberries and chop into chunks, chop up bannana, put all in the blender (including yogurt and splenda) blend and pour, makes 3 12 ounce smoothies, or 6, 6 ounce smoothies.

    Switch to fat free vanilla, frozen berries, bit of OJ to thin... I make mine for 190cal and it's a tumbler size. Love it! The frozen berries make it thick and rich. Bananas are higher in calories too. - 3/19/08
