1 lb 2 ounces fresh strawberries2 cups low fat vanilla yogurt2 medium bananas1 tsp splenda
Take stems off strawberries and chop into chunks, chop up bannana, put all in the blender (including yogurt and splenda) blend and pour, makes 3 12 ounce smoothies, or 6, 6 ounce smoothies.
