Altered Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients
2.5 lbs. ground turkey1 large red pepper3/4 cup egg beaters (southwestern and garden veg. mixed)1.25 cup quick oats1 TB dehydrated onion2 tsp. each of oregano, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley flakes1/2 tsp. cayenne~1/3 cup skim milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray (12)
Divide the meat mixture between the 12 cups

Bake in a 350 degree oven 30 - 45 minutes until brown on top.

Makes 12 muffins.
