4 cups carrot plp from juicing carrotsabout 4 cups bone broth (or beef broth)2 tsp ground ginger, or to taste1 tblsp curry powder, or to taste2 tsp turmeric, or to taste1/4 tsp cayenne powder, or to taste1 tsp garlic powder, or to taste4 cups water
Directions
Simmer carrot pulp in bone broth until tender. Add spices and water, simmer until hot. Correct the seasoning and serve.
