Asian Cilantro Dressing

Ingredients
1 (1lb.) pkg Nasoya Organic Silken Tofu, drained1/3 c Extra Virgin Olive Oiljuice of 1 lemon (about 1/4 c)5 tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos1 tsp seasoned rice vinegar5-6 cloves garlic1 tbsp grated fresh ginger3/4 c fresh cilantro1/2 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Makes about 2.5 cups total. Refrigerate any leftovers or until needed.
