2 tsp canola/olive oil1/2 small onion, thinly sliced1/3 medium red pepper, chopped2 C broccoli florets, chopped2 C spinach6 eggs1/2 C plain yogurt3 tbsp. almond meal3/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp paprika1/4 tsp oregano1/4 tsp basildash pepper
Saute vegetables, place in a greased 9" pie pan. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
