Kats Carrot Cake

Ingredients
combine all wet ingredients in mixing bowl, mix until well blended. in a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet by 1/2 cup until well blended. Add carrots, mix well. Pur into prepared round cake pans and bake for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. let cakes cool. combine cream cheese and splenda in mixer and mix on high for about 2 minutes to make frosting. Once cake has cooled, frost. Yummy.
