Chewy Brownie Cookie

Ingredients
1.5 c brown sugar2/3 c butter flavored crisco1 T water1 t vanilla2 eggs1.5 c flour1/3 c dark cocoa powder1/2 t salt1/4 t baking soda2c dark chocolate baking chips
Mix first 5 items in a large bowl. Mix next 4 items in separate bowl. gradually add flour mixture to the wet mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
Place heaping tsp. of dough onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for about 9 minutes. Let sit on baking sheet another 2 minutes before moving them to foil to completely cool.
