PEEL POTATOES AND COOK UNTIL TENDER.
HAVE ALL DAIRY AT ROOM TEMP. DRAIN AN THEN MASH THEN ADD THE CREAM CHEESE AND YOGURT. SALT AND PEPPER TO YOUR TASTE.
