Ingredients
3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour (or WW pastry flour)3/4 cup all-purpose flour1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoons baking soda1/4 teaspoons salt(mix dry ingredients)Note: I make server batches of the dry ingredients and kept them in the pantry in zip lock bags so when I want to make pancakes I only need to add the wet ingredients.2 large eggs1 cup low-fat buttermilk1/2 cup skim milk1 tablespoon honey1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Griddle on medium heat or griddle pan 350.
