Ingredients
Chop all ingredients into bite size pieces or to your preferred size. Salt, pepper and herbs to taste. Add everything to slow cooker except milk. Add the milk the last hour.
Directions
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. This may vary slightly depending on your slow cooker.
