Ground Beef (lean), 2 lbsOnions, raw, .5 cup, chopped1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, .25 serving Tomato Sauce, with tomato tidbits, .75 can, 15 oz Garlic powder, .5 tsp Chili powder, 2 tsp Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded Sour Cream, .5 cup Egg white, large, 1 serving
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine beef, onions, pepper, tomato sauce, garlic powder and chili powder into a large skillet. Cook over medium heat for 8 - 10 minutes; drain. Coat 8x8 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Put beef mixture in baking dish. Beat together cheese, sour cream and egg white. Spread on beef mixture. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
