Ingredients
1 cup Steel Cut Oats (preferably not quick cooking).75 cup Reduced Sugar Crasins (one 5 oz. pkg.)1 cup Raisins4 cups water.5 cup Fat Free Half & Half
Directions
Spray a slow cooker well with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker, stirring gently, and set to low heat. Cover and let cook 7-8 hours. Your oatmeal will be ready when you get up. Just stir and serve.
