Root Soup

Ingredients
1 rutabega1 sweet potato1 russet potato3 beets with tops2 turnips with tops2 parsnips3 carrots1 small apple1/2 bunch parsley1 onion1 appleLight sour creamSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Peel and coursely chop all ingredients. Cover with water and boil until vegetables are soft. Cool. Puree until smooth. Reheat. Add 1 tablespoon of light sour cream to the middle of each bowl of soup
