linda's chicken chop suey

2 C. bok choy chopped1 C. Cabbage shredded1 c. green peppers thinly sliced1 C. celery chopped1 8 oz drained tin of straw mushrooms1 28 oz tin drained bean sprouts4 C pacific organic chicken broth1 C water1/2 C soy sauce1 tsp sesame oil15 oz skinless boneless chicken breast cut into small pieces1/2 c green onions2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
This should make 9 Cups.
cook chichen in sesame oil w/ onion , 1 tsp garlic 1/2 tsp 5 spice. once chicken is browned add mushroom.
in a large dutch oven pot add the rest of the ingredients except the bean sprouts. Bring to a boil.
Lower heat to medium add chicken & mushrooms. Simmer 15 min. add sprouts. and simmer 10 more min.
Serve over brown or white rice.
