Joy's cucumber salad

1 tsp salt1 tbsp sugar1 tbsp shrimp paste1 clove garlic1" piece ginger root1 fresh red Thai chili (more or less optional)2 tbsp fish sauce2 wedge fresh lime juice1 cucumber (shredded)10 cherry tomatoes (halved)
Take salt, sugar, shrimp paste, garlic, ginger and pepper and grind into a paste. Add fish sauce and lime and mix. add shredded cucumber and halved tomatoes and mix.
